The Hulug

On April 1, 1999, Morloch of the Mercenarys called on the adventurers among the Tibians to come to him in the throne room in the castle.

There he described his concern: He wanted to find the Hulug, a mystical vessel. He had sent Argmalion to look for it, but he had not returned.

Argmalion had announced that they would first look in a place where creatures live on a garbage dump and cannot burn the garbage with their fire.

He had meant the great dragon cave. There was a page from Argmalion's diary. He reported that he intended to go to Frodo to ask a specific person about the Hulug.

With Frodo there was Flint Warhammer, a dwarf. However, he did not want to give an answer without beer. And he didn't ask for any beer, no, it had to be from Thorin's Mino Outpost.

When Flint got a beer from everyone, a game was played that is known to many as "Black Jack".

Flint then gave the winners the following advice: "Paper is patient".

There were more pages from Argmalion's diary in the castle library. He wanted to see a druid who supposedly knew more about the Hulug. He lived in a temple in the south.

The druid only wanted to help the adventurers if they brought him ingredients for his magic potion: a dead snake, a bottle of slime, a flower and some cheese.

After this task had also been completed, there was a clue to the word "wall" in the form of a riddle.

The next extract from Argmalion's writings was to be found on the city wall in the east. One should go to Koshon.

He then gave you a riddle: I have wings / but cannot fly / where I can be found / sometimes is a battleground. An object was wanted.

Of course he was referring to the Helmet of Hermes. The last page of Argmalion's drawings was found in the lighthouse's Cyclops cellar. He wrote that he wanted to visit a star-shaped cave in the south of the city - that is where the Hulug should be.

There were many vessels there - only one of them was what I was looking for. Thanks to a tip, however, it was easy - the green jug was meant.

Wise was the first to find his way here and took the profit off of it. Unfortunately, Thor, with whom Wise would have liked to share the profit because he had helped him, had to leave the game before that. Podi was the first mercenary to successfully complete the quest.

Thanks to Morloch and the participating Mercenarys for this nice event!
